Dark brown pour with large frothy tan head. This Trappist beauty has aroma of sweet fruit, caramel and vanilla. Taste of caramel, sweet malt, raisins and ripe fruits. Very complex. Excellent beer. 8%abv 330ml

Affligem Blonde
Classic clear blonde abbey ale, gentle roundness and 6.8% alcohol. Low on bitterness, it is eminently drinkable. 341ml

Chimay Premiere Trappiste Ale
Noted for its coppery color, creamy head, light, fruity apricot aroma. Silky sensation to the tongue, is made refreshing by a light touch of bitterness. 750ml

Chimay White Cap Trappiste Ale
Complex beer. Some malt sweetness, almost lightly honeyed, then the alcohol kicks in, yeast, a little bitter, dry finish, almost to a pucker. Great layers of flavor here. 330ml

Gouden Carolus Hopsinjour
4 types of hops: Golding, Spalt, Hallertau and Saaz. Fractioned at several times in the cooking process in order to keep a maximum of aroma. Taste has a gentle, but nevertheless bitter aftertaste. Gold-yellow colour. 97 score on Ratebeer. 8% ABV. 330ml.

Hoegaarden
From Belgium, this beer is fruiter than some with notable orange flavors. 341ml

Mort Subite
Pale orangey/pink colour; earthy fresh raspberry aromas with notes of cider and rye bread; quite flavourful; smooth creamy mouthful of earthy/woody malt and sweet raspberries essence. tart acid finish. 375ml

Mort Subite Kriek

Ayinger Celebrator
Scores 100 on Ratebeer.com! Celebrator has a creamy head of tight bubbles contrasting beautifully with its profound dark robe. It is full-bodied and velvety from half a year’s aging. Although it is strong, it is not overpowering. 6.7%abv 330ml

Dominus Vobiscum Triple
Brewed in the traditional of Trappist monks. Pours clear golden. On the nose, there are notes of yeast, flowers, spice, orange, pale malts, honey and a touch of herbs. 9%abv 500ml

Dominus Vobiscum Double
Pours dark brown cloudy nice layer of light brown head. Aroma of anise, prune, lavender, thyme, vegetables. Medium to full bodied, abv hidden. Very nice unique blend of original elements and traditional dubbel style 8%abv 500ml

La Fin du Monde
(the end of the world). It is a 9% alcohol, triple fermented beer. With its champagne-like effervescence, it has a vigourous presence in the mouth. Balanced flavours of wild spices, malt and hops. 341ml

Maudite
Strong Beer. Improves with age. Mahogany-colored. Because of the warmth it releases, must be served cool but not cold. Perfect with pasta, red meats, stews and spicy dishes, it also makes a good aperitif and after-dinner drink. 341ml

Trois Pistoles
Strong Belgian type ale similar to a Port wine! Is as dark as can be, mellow in taste with an aroma of ripe fruits. It can be compared to an old porto and is brewed from well roasted malt. 9% ABV. 341ml.

St. Ambroise Apricot Wheat Ale
Blends various barley malts with malted wheat and natural apricot essence to create an original-tasting beer with a clean, fruit nose. 341ml

St. Ambroise Oatmeal Stout

Devil’s Pale Ale 666
From the Great Lakes Brewing Company. 6% beer. Brewed with 6 malts for 66 days. Malty, caramel and a touch of nut. Slight hops bitterness. 473ml.

Duggan’s No 9 IPA
Smells foresty, plenty of hop resin. Taste is a good balance between hops and malt, gets more bitter as the taste continues. Dry aftertaste, moderately long lasting finish. A heavier bodied IPA, good for winter or fall drinking! Very Canadian. 6.2%abv 275ml

Highlander Pale Ale
South River’s golden pale ale falls into the ESB class. A medium bitter taste, great malty finish with a hint of honey sweetness. 500ml

Hockley Black and Tan
dark mahogany blend of Hockley Stout and our light ale. Hints of smoke, coffee, and chocolate, go along with the grainy sweetness of a light ale. 473ml can.

Hockley Dark
A deep chestnut hued traditional English ale with hints of warm caramel, nuts and a subtle chocolate roast finish. Best served cool (8-10C), never cold. 473ml

Hockley Stout
Pours a dark brown, very slight amber edges. It smells of dry coffee, cream, soot, and mild roasted malt. Taste is cream, mixed with dry roasted malt, mild nuttiness. 473ml

Hoptical Illusion

Lake of Bays Rousse
Deep, clear mahogany, mostly brown with some reddish highlights. One-finger off-white cap leaves speckled lace. Aroma is inviting malts, vanilla, wood, plum, a slight nuttiness. Flavour is roasty, toasty, almost nut brownish, with a medium hop presence. 341ml 5%abv

Mad Tom IPA
Muskoka Breweries hit the nail on the head with this flavourful IPA. Taste is nice malts, hint of sweetness, some toastiness, yeast, light to medium citrusy-strawberry hopping. 6.4%abv 355ml

Nickel Brook Green Apple Pilsner
It drinks like a Cider. Brewed pilsner style, and then combined with natural apple juice and essences. Fresh & smooth. Brewed at 4% alc./vol. 473ml can

Nickel Brook Maple Porter
Pours a rich, dark chestnut brown, slight copper hues, a very light tan head that settles to rings fairly quickly. Aroma of caramel, toffee, maple sweetness, nutty, and fresh baked bread. Also, some very light raisins aromas. 5.5%abv 341ml

Nickel Brook White
Brewed with blend of organic wheat malt, barley malt and ancient grain. Netherworld Cascadian Dark Ale
Another Flying Monkeys creation. Heavy citrus aroma with dose of dark roast coffee. It’s medium-by-light bodied, foamy and smooth. The crunchy, astringent finish leaves the mouth dry. Flavor of citrus bitterness. Dark, roasted tones rumble underneath. 341ml

Russian Gun Imperial Stout
Malty with a touch of coffee on the nose. Small head and midnight black. Very smooth and mildly bitter. Goes down easy and doesn’t overpower the tongue. Surprisingly smooth for one so strong. A winner. Scores a big 94 on Ratebeer.com 8%. 500ml
