Chimay Premiere Trappiste Ale
Noted for its coppery color, creamy head, light, fruity apricot aroma. Silky sensation to the tongue, is made refreshing by a light touch of bitterness. 750ml
Chimay White Cap Trappiste Ale
Complex beer. Some malt sweetness, almost lightly honeyed, then the alcohol kicks in, yeast, a little bitter, dry finish, almost to a pucker. Great layers of flavor here. 330ml
Gouden Carolus Hopsinjour
4 types of hops: Golding, Spalt, Hallertau and Saaz. Fractioned at several times in the cooking process in order to keep a maximum of aroma. Taste has a gentle, but nevertheless bitter aftertaste. Gold-yellow colour. 97 score on Ratebeer. 8% ABV. 330ml.

Pours dark brown cloudy nice layer of light brown head. Aroma of anise, prune, lavender, thyme, vegetables. Medium to full bodied, abv hidden. Very nice unique blend of original elements and traditional dubbel style 8%abv 500ml
La Fin du Monde
(the end of the world). It is a 9% alcohol, triple fermented beer. With its champagne-like effervescence, it has a vigourous presence in the mouth. Balanced flavours of wild spices, malt and hops. 341ml
Maudite
Strong Beer. Improves with age. Mahogany-colored. Because of the warmth it releases, must be served cool but not cold. Perfect with pasta, red meats, stews and spicy dishes, it also makes a good aperitif and after-dinner drink. 341ml
Trois Pistoles
Strong Belgian type ale similar to a Port wine! Is as dark as can be, mellow in taste with an aroma of ripe fruits. It can be compared to an old porto and is brewed from well roasted malt. 9% ABV. 341ml.

Duggan’s No 9 IPA
Smells foresty, plenty of hop resin. Taste is a good balance between hops and malt, gets more bitter as the taste continues. Dry aftertaste, moderately long lasting finish. A heavier bodied IPA, good for winter or fall drinking! Very Canadian. 6.2%abv 275ml
Highlander Pale Ale
South River’s golden pale ale falls into the ESB class. A medium bitter taste, great malty finish with a hint of honey sweetness. 500ml
Hockley Black and Tan
dark mahogany blend of Hockley Stout and our light ale. Hints of smoke, coffee, and chocolate, go along with the grainy sweetness of a light ale. 473ml can.
Hockley Dark

Nickel Brook Maple Porter

Netherworld Cascadian Dark Ale

Russian Gun Imperial Stout
